No. We are going to work on strategies to moderate your intake in a way where you can enjoy the things that make you happy in moderation, meaning you can eat good food, drink alcohol and still see results.

My answer would be start NOW! If you have a holiday coming up, we can take immediate steps to positively impact your physique before your holiday. We can also take a break from coaching whilst you are away, meaning you will not be charged for your time & we can add the time back once you are home.

This is dependent on you as an individual. As your coach I am here to put together a system & structure that accommodates your daily life, making it simple & sustainable. With this in mind, we will find the winning formula to whatever it is that suits you, whether thats eating alone or not.

As a father of 2 myself. I have the experience of juggling a lack of time & a lack of routine with achieving my health & fitness goals. With this in mind, it is my duty to share these experiences & ensure that your programming accommodates your busy family life. Meaning you can achieve amazing results, regardless of your situation.

All we ask is a couple of hours each week to dedicate towards training & exercise. Other nutritional & lifestyle aspects of the journey we will strive to implement within your current schedule as much as we can, meaning this should not take you any additional time.

Yes. No aspect of the coaching process is to get you to cater for unrealistic expectations. Each aspect of the coaching programme is going to accommodate your life, schedule & circumstance as much as possible, as long as you are prepared to commit to some form of exercise.

Any physical Injury & or pain should be consulted with a doctor prior to joining the programme.
The last thing either party wants to do is risk further injury or harm to any individual.

A gym membership is preferable, but not essential.
Thats not to say that being around a wide range of equipment & heavier resistance won’t be better for your development, it will.
But as a coach, I appreciate everyone’s barriers to participation & strive to accommodate them.
